Non-Faulty Items

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, please email us msk.ecomltd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in unused condition.

When returning your item, please ensure the following:

• The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

• Your name and order number are included

• You specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund
  
  

As we provide free postage with all our products, we regret that we are unable to cover return postage for non-faulty items.

Refund

At MSK Gleam, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and refund claims submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. To initiate a return, please contact us at msk.ecomltd@gmail.com or call 07577 584126 with your order number and reason for return. MSK E-COM LTD reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
