- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen delays.

- Shipping charges are calculated based on location and order size.

- Orders are processed after confirmation (or payment confirmation for prepaid orders).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Customers can track their order through the courier service.
