• Placing an order is an offer to purchase  it does not constitute a confirmed sale
• A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store, view, or have access to your payment card details at any point during the transaction.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom only. Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

MSK Gleam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy applies as follows:

• You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the returned item

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at msk.ecomltd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at msk.ecomltd@gmail.com or calling 07577 584126. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process will apply.
